Strugglebeard Bakery — Bake & Sip Experience

Strugglebeard Bakery’s Bake & Sip isn’t a class you watch — it’s an experience you live.

Hosted and taught by Quinton McNair, founder of Strugglebeard Bakery, this interactive night invites guests behind the scenes of one of Chicago’s most loved gourmet dessert brands. From mixing to decorating, you don’t just learn how to bake — you create something you can take home and brag about.

Each guest (or couple) will be guided step-by-step through baking four mini bundt cakes using Strugglebeard’s signature techniques and flavors. Quinton walks you through the process, shares tips, and makes sure everyone feels confident, whether it’s your first time baking or your hundredth.

Once the cakes come out of the oven, the real fun begins. Guests move into the decorating phase, where everyone gets to ice, drizzle, and finish their cakes their own way — turning each dessert into a personal masterpiece.

But this isn’t just baking… it’s a Strugglebeard party.

Throughout the night, guests enjoy:

 Live karaoke for singing, laughing, and cheering each other on

 Charcuterie boards for grazing between rounds
